Jasmine is the founder of the Note Assistance Program, which offers a proven, proprietary system for educating professional investment groups, accredited investors and family offices on how to buy 1st trustee mortgages in the secondary market. Currently, she is the President of US Mortgage Notes, Inc. a start-up mortgage trading platform based in Scranton, PA, designing a mortgage exchange for the secondary market and is a General Partner to a 50 Million private equity fund. She brings over 25 years of finance and real estate experience to her firm’s mission of helping bring equity to the secondary mortgage market.

Prior to The Note Assistance Program, Jasmine was a Portfolio Manager with GMAC Homecomings Financial and a Wealth Manager with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. She holds her undergraduate degree in Economics with a minor in Industrial Organization and an MBA. She has been recognized by the ​​International Society of Female Professionals, International Wealth Builders Association, and the National Association of Women in Real Estate Business for leadership. Lastly, Jasmine is the proud mother to her son and two cats.
