Drawing from 20 years of formal and informal training and design experiences, Dr. Engerman spearheads transformative educational experiences with nationwide leaders in learning performance systems, toward cultural shifts for diverse and inclusive communities.
Dr. Engerman helps to build communities through research, executive coaching, and mortgage notes. In his research background, he managed over 200 international graduate students, worked with more than 50 organizations and institutions and well over 300 stakeholders, Dr. Engerman has over 10 research awards and is an internationally requested speaker with over 30 peer-reviewed, chapters, empirical articles and invited publications.
Throughout his executive coaching experience, he designed executive experiences for over 30 former professional NFL players, towards executive training in preparation for Fortune 500 companies.
Now as the President & CEO of an Asset Management firm (Engerman Estates), Dr. Engerman applies his deep research skills to manage private portfolios of mortgage notes and educate communities about financial literacy and private banking. Dr. Engerman applies his deep research skills to manage private portfolios of mortgage notes. In this role, he manages assets for private investors specializing in mortgage notes. This includes acquiring, selling, and cleaning mortgage note assets. Specifically, using his research experience, project management, and executive coaching experience, he works with investors and borrowers to maintain a pathway to homeownership and help clients maintain a healthy portfolio of notes. Dr. Engerman currently manages a nationwide portfolio of private note assets for small family offices. He works with banks and firms across the country to improve communities.
